We do door-to-door contactless delivery throughout South Africa by making use of courier companies. Delivery takes on average 2-3 working days but can be delayed due to courier lead times and stock availability. Items on back order will take between 5-7 working days.
Delivery fees will be quoted upon during checkout, but start from R69 to Main Centres. A Surcharge will apply for Regional (Outlying) Areas. You will also be provided with a tracking number to trace your parcel’s progress during courier transit.
We make use of Ozow payments which will be validated through your bank. All online purchases are secured.
Ozow is an instant smart EFT payment service that allows our customers to make secure online payments directly into our bank account.
We are an online store only and do not have a physical store. Unfortunately no customer collections from our premises.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
We are constantly restocking. However it is possible that you will order a product that we are out of stock of or on back order. Our website will notify you if a product is on back order and your order might take up to 5-7 days to be delivered. If it happens that the product is out of stock and currently unavailable, we will contact you within one working day to notify you and to give you options e.g. swop for another similar product or a refund etc. Rest assured that we will always do our best to get the products you desire to you as soon as possible and that you will always be in the loop with how your order is progressing.
